Very attractive and art-filled property with great amenities in an iconic location. Also wonderfully quiet and comfortable despite the location. The Library is a perfect place to have a meeting or unwind from bustling Covent Garden energy after a long day.

Very pretty room, fantastic bathroom, with underfloor heating! Good air-conditioning. Quiet room. TV with lots of international channels, and organised so that you can find them! Love watching German TV when it is on offer! 3 chocolates in room. Coffee machine and kettle. Very comfy bed and pillows. Quick check-in. Nice large library area next to reception. Breakfast area very airy and spacious. Fantastic location opposite the back of the Royal Opera House, couldn't be better! Library looked great but not enough light in the evening to read a real book as opposed to Kindle or phone. Disappointing. Breakfast a bit all over the place. Staff took our orders but never wrote anything down, which meant that we had to remind them of our drinks orders, twice! Would have been nice to have coffee pot on table rather than asking for top ups. Served tea in teapot with a cracked lid. In the room, the only food that was free was the 3 choccies and a bottle of water. Given the price of the room, at least the snacks could have been free! Price list in the room for everything movable - coffee cup, hair dryer, towel, etc. Together with the prices for the mini-bar, felt a bit more like a livable shop than a luxury hotel. Disappointing despite location (which really was amazing).

Fantastic location, amazing building with fascinating history. So close to Covent Garden yet quiet and peaceful when inside. Professional and polite staff Always clean and tidy. Easy to get lost in!

Location, excellent helpful friendly staffs The classic room I stayed in was cramped. There are two small windows located almost ceiling height that did not help brighten up the room at all. Very uncomfortable feel to the room!

I love this property, I stay here every year as a treat. I love that it is a very private and quiet hotel and the rooms and beds are fantastic.
