The only good things about this hotel are its location and the bathroom. It’s very close to Little Venice, the Underground, shops, restaurants, and plenty of kebab places nearby. The bathroom is a good size, with good-quality toiletries, and the shower has good water pressure. Unfortunately, the room itself was extremely small. I honestly didn’t expect it to be that small. But the worst thing was the smell. It smelled strongly of a dog, as if dogs had previously stayed in the room. I suspect the carpet had absorbed the smell, and it was impossible to get rid of. The smell was so strong that I couldn’t even sleep properly. The TV was another problem. We couldn’t get it working because there was no signal. I even changed the remote control at reception, but it still didn’t work. So we couldn’t watch anything.

Hotel cancelled booking two days before trip however claimed it was cancelled my end. Booking was non-refundable therefore was not able to get a refund however later found the room re-listed at a higher price the following day. When trying to contact the hotel or the company the phone numbers available all didn't work. Used credit card therefore claimed it back through that.

The location and the staff. It was very small, the room itself and the bathroom. There was also a really strong smell of cigarettes all night and in the morning of our stay which wasn’t there on arrival. I notified the staff upon checkout so they could investigate.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this property. The room was newly renovated, spotlessly clean and the air conditioning was excellent, which made a huge difference during the hot weather. The standout feature, however, was the staff. Everyone at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. They kindly helped us with our luggage, stored some of our baby's food and milk in their fridge without any hesitation, and were always happy to offer recommendations on places to visit and great local restaurants. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around London, and overall we felt it offered excellent value for money. A comfortable stay with exceptional customer service—we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. N/A

The staff were very helpful and nice. The area is very safe. Location is grean and close to public transportation. The was no lift for the upper floors but we it wasnt so terrible and it didnt affect our vacation. But it would be better if they had one

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed and pillows , great air-con Compact room and very small bathroom but both had everything you need , unfortunately the tv didn’t have any channels tuned in , and no milk to make a coffee with the coffee powder provided

I like the room, everything is new after renovation, so comfortable bed, clean and comfortable
