Location is great. And the staff was very nice. Rooms are ok for a place to sleep. My room was kind of in the basement and therefore very dark and not much daylight. The room had a very bad smell of cigarettes and was poorly maintained (lots of lightbulbs not working).

Classy decor, excellent service and great location very close to marble arch but set back away from the hustle and bustle. Very minor, room was at basement level with limited views.

Breakfast was really good, beds really comfortable, bottles of water in room and some fruit, tea and coffee , fridge in room, staff were all nice and polite, Our first room was really small and there was dust and webs so wasn't happy went to reception to complain so they give us a new room Which was bigger and was clean ,

The location right off Oxford Street. Marble Arch tube is a short walk. Beautiful entrance. The staff were lovely. The breakfast. Fresh and hot. Plenty of choice. Comfortable bed. High end toiletries. The room. The room was small but filled with large cupboards. One person could only move round at a time. The bathroom, although clean, was tiny! So small when I sprayed an aerosol, it set the fire alarm off! Room 906 is I believe under the kitchen or reception. From 7am it's very noisy overhead.

Great location - waking distance to west end theatres, comfortable rooms, well equipped with air conditioning which was great for summer temps this year, lovely breakfast room and extensive breakfast choice. Nothing - great stop over

Fantastic room with lots of space, fridge and air-conditioning. Centrally located, great breakfast and very friendly staff. I paid a little extra than I would normally for a London stay, but it was well worth it.

All of the staff were excellent! Very professional and friendly. We had an initial issue with our room, but the manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a very good stay. The staff for breakfast were also very friendly and helpful. Nothing

Great Location 2 mins walk to Marble Arch , Underground and Oxford Street, the Hotel was very Clean and the Staff were Friendly, The facilities were basic , our first room was very small and Windowless so we negotiated a discounted upgrade , the rooms a a little tired and in need of upgrading , I suspect it’s aimed more at business

The area was extremely convenient, the staff we came across were all very polite and welcoming , lovely smile from the cleaner too , was a very friendly environment , rooms were also kept nice and cool in this hot weather The room was smaller than I expected so was hard to move around , the tv had no channels showing so had to look up on my phone and was very dated to be honest , the shower could have been a little cleaner , could also hear everyone on in the hallway and in rooms next door but I genuinely thought it was lovely
