location, fridge in room and breakfast, lovely towels and bedding 8 flights of stairs with no lift, cockroaches found in breakfast area and on plates, kitchen and reception staff made aware. Water pressure minimal. every single handle hanging off wardrobe and bedside table, clean but could do with repainting

Location Location Location - ideal for Marble Arch tube stop and Hyde Park for summer concerts! Good choice of late night eateries and bars! The breakfast and staff were amazing! It needs modernised throughout

Felt so welcoming and everyone was very kind to us, the location was great and so was the breakfast!

Due to an issue I decided to cancel my stay after a few hours, the staff has been extremely helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are very old and need revamping.

The room was dirty. The dust was like no-one had been in there for 2 years and the carpet was dirty and had hairs everywhere and one of the valence sheets was dirty.

This is a very good location with good access to central London. The breakfast area was a bit rundown. Spongey floors and the food was average.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, very quiet at night. Good breakfast. Very small double bed. Bathroom and shower cramped. Generally needs modernisation.
