Very good location and only a very short walk to the underground. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The interior is a little outdated and the breakfast was fairly basic but included. Quite expensive for only three days but I understand it’s because of the supply and demand in London.

Very nice location in Paddington and easy access to train and tube station Very nice modern comfortable bedroom. Just one little suggestion breakfast room was rather small and could do with rethink and overhaul but food was very nice

The hotel is in a good location, about a 3 minute walk from paddington station. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby but it is far enough away that there is no noise. The staff are very polite helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but fuctional. The breakfast options are limted and the breakfast area is small so there is somefimes a wait to get a seat. The stairs to the upper floors are very steep and narrow, this caused an issue with my autistic daughter who has sensory issues. The hotel were vey good about this and managed to change our room but anyone with similar issues need to be aware of this

The location was convenient. The bed was comfortable. The property is literally an attic. The 5th flight of stairs is a spiral staircase. We were given incorrect entrance instructions and could not get someone on the phone to assist. When we arrived, it was I bearable hot and there was an overwhelming stench of raw sewage coming into the bathroom. It was I was unbearably hot; opening the windows helped but then the light beamed in at 4am.

We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, the breakfast was good, and our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. We knew in advance that there was no air conditioning, so that was not an issue for us. -
