The deluxe single bedroom was too tiny and was a little larger than a closet. The bathroom was even smaller.

A lot of shops & restaurants close by.. 2 train stations close by & a lovely walk from to Hyde Park & to Winter Wonderland.. it was super clean & friendly staff The Hotel is lovely but a lot of stairs to walk through easy to get lost and feel like a maze lol there should be more signs of instructions.. for the price paid for one night and no breakfast included at least I think it was a little over priced

The location I was asked to pay a deposit which was not mentioned when booking online but requested on arrival. And I have not received my deposit back. Requested early check-in over a month before our arrival was not an option when we arrived

Closeness to places that we wanted to visit Smell of sewage in the bathroom that came into the bedroom. Breakfast was ok but could be better. Wonky seat that I had to swap too !!

Room ridiculously small, very noisy, walls studded & doors closing/banging constantly. Also there was confusion over whether breakfast was prepaid. Staff pleasant but room cost was double it's true value. As above

Friendly staff Rooms are dirty, very bad smell in the room. No TV working, no phone in the room..noisy room. Window glass broken & replaced with cracked plastic. Elevator broken & held together with duct tape.

Great spot, near Hyde Park. Really safe at night. I would not recommend any of the four people bedrooms. They are all on the lower ground. We had booked a room for four people. Our room was on the lower ground, there was one window with almost no natural light coming in. It was a bit invasive as well because it looked like a passage with premises right in front of our window. I mentioned it to the staff who mentions all rooms were on the same floor, which did not help us at all unfortunately. They did not try to offer any other accommodations. This was not mentioned in the booking or before the reservation, which left a bad taste in my mouth.

Location, room and as clean, staff were helpful. Walls paper thin, disturbed regularly by neighbours. Chair had scratches/paint marks all over it, wardrobe had holes all over the side, beds were the most narrow I’ve ever seen, loo roll holder had what looked like tried glue all over it. My face was practically in the sink when I used the loo.
