Unfortunately, my stay was not a pleasant experience. There was an unpleasant smell in the hotel entrance, even though an air freshener had been provided. Also, although breakfast was included with my room, an amount was unfortunately deducted from my deposit. Considering the quality of the accommodation and the services provided, I feel that the price was quite high for what was offered. I would appreciate it if you could review my case and reconsider the charges deducted from my deposit. The smell was bad

Rosewood is a beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. The staff go above and beyond to facilitate exceptional customer service which adds to the feeling that you are staying somewhere very special and it is a real treat. Thankyou! Nothing!

There was a measly £32 allowance for breakfast which I found to be incredible given we paid over £1000 per room per night to stay there.

Fabulous hotel and rooms. Staff were great and made our stay for our daughter's wedding even better. Breakfast was a little disappointing, very slow service and toast was practically anemic which for £7 I consider excessive.We did complain and received a discount but would have preferred better service and food.

The location was perfect, and all the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The Garden Restaurant was lovely, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. We spent five wonderful days in London and were very happy with the hotel and its hospitality. We would definitely stay here again! Nothing
