Good location Its huge hotel 1600rooms , this causes that everuthing is slow

Great location, not far from Euston Station ( 10-15 min walk) Managed to checkin earlier than 2pm. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. No air-conditioning in the room we stayed in (during the heatwave!) We were not made aware of this when we checked in.

Location was great, close to tube and railway stations. Pub and pizza restaurant on site were great. Breakfast was good but a little busy but didnt have to wait for a table as staff were great at getting everyone in and seated. Room was too hot, I know the weather has been hot but no ac or fan and the window only opening a tiny bit meant no air flow in a hot room. Couldn't get much sleep due to the heat in the room. Shower was blocked but staff quickly fixed this.

Pros: * Good location with convenient transportation options * Friendly and helpful staff * Pretty good cleaning * Affordable price * One of the few hotels offering rooms for 3 people Cons: * Extremely hot indoors, even on cooler days. This was probably the biggest downside. * There is no lobby or common seating area where guests can sit and relax, which should be a basic feature in a hotel. * There is no shower hose/handheld shower, so it’s difficult to properly wash your body and you can only really wet your hair under the fixed shower. * The hairdryer is very weak and does nothing. * Long queues for check-in. * There were also queues for luggage storage, collecting luggage, and even filling up water, which could be frustrating.

The location was great and hotel was clean The rooms are so hot with no fans or air conditioning and when you book a quadruple room it is extremely stuffy without at least a fan

Location was really good. Basement car park is convenient. Breakfast options good. One thing that was a bit annoying that there was no aircon in the room.

Reasonably priced and ok location. No aircon or fan in the room and was very hot and stuffy rooms. Denied 1hr late checkout. Checkout was 11am and refused to extend till 12pm. It was a monday and assume not the busiest day. They just said any request need to be the day before.

Such a comfy bed & pillows. Amazing sleep. Great shop open late within the hotel. Great location No air-conditioning , however, a small fan was provided
