Outside of the building is a masterpiece. Inside is tired with poor air-conditioning. Sooooo disappointed in our 4 night stay! Hotel looks 5 star on the outside but is definitely a 3 star at best on the inside. First room the air conditioning wasn't working and the technician advised he had been there an hour prior trying to fix it and yet we were still given the room! We were then moved to another room and the lowest air conditioning temperature reached was 23.5'. An hour into our stay we had an employee come to check if we had used anything from the mini bar... What?!? Only one roll of harsh toilet paper and half a box of even more harsh tissues in the freshly made up room. You have to opt into having your room cleaned. Kettle leaked all over the place whilst coming to the boil. Concierge, guest services and room service do not answer their phones nor do they have any interest in customer service. TV only has free to air with no ability to access apps for streaming. Breakfast consisted of good food, bad service and terrible coffee. Steer clear from St Pancras and Marriott Hotels. Couldn't wait to leave!

Excellent location I required a room with a bath. The booking.com listed a bath as part of the room facilities. It wasn’t.

Our room wasn’t ready on arrival, was prepared for a family (additional small bed in the room), the fridge was not restocked, had to ask twice at reception for an ironing board and asked twice to remove the extra bed which was done the following day.
