Location It costs £10 to store each piece of luggag

Location is absolutely perfect. Only a very short walk to Tottenham Court Rd and the Elizabeth Line which makes it so easy to travel to and from the hotel. The room was very clean and a perfect size for a single person. The lifts aren’t super efficient so it sometimes can be slow. However there are access to the stairs which able bodied people would have no issues using.

Good location, friendly staff

The breakfast was great, and the rate paid was good too. The hotel is perfectly situated for transport links and close to the theatre district of the West end. Self check in didn't work for me as there was a lack of information from my booking. This is a personal preference. It would have been nice to have staff members available on all levels to help with finding my room.

The location is excellent and the staff was kind. When you enter the room, there is a strange smell from the carpet. During check-out, we waited LITERALLY half an hour for an elevator to go down to the lobby because one of the lifts were broken and all the others were full. The AC is too loud.

The room was very poor with stains on carpet and walls. Bathroom furniture was badly chipped and shower was disgusting. The corridor carpets, especially red ones near to room were very badly marked with stains. Room had no air con, no USB outlets, no telephone to call reception.... worst room I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was adequate but luke warm.

The location was nice and central Mouse in our room. Staff did not seem to believe us at all.

Very good location Very basic. No room facilities, like kettle, tea bags, etc. Highly prescriptive, extra charges for almost everything, luggage storage, late check in and out and so on.
-
Great location, air conditioning in room no tea/coffee in room, no daily housekeeping (had to request additional toilet roll from reception on our 3rd day), always a large queue for lifts, hallway carpets bare in places, there was a fridge in the room but it didn’t work, shower and bathroom cramped

Very little beds. Says it has air conditioning but bot in every room and they charge you extra 20£ if you want air conditioning even though they advertise that they have air conditioning… The room was uncomfortably hot you just kept on sweating and no fan in the bathroom so it would get really steamy and extra hot adter you take a shower even though you don’t take that hot of an shower. the shower head was so bad it flooded the room and could not get new towels. No one came to clean the room. The sink was absolutely disgusting. Do not book this hotel if you want a nice stay. Also they say in one questionnaire below that you can leave the bags with them taht they only cost 1£ on sundays but they are lying it cost 10£ for every single bag really a rip off

The central location was convenient, the reception area looked nice and the staff were generally friendly. Our room was unavailable despite booking months in advance, and the replacement “VIP” room was dated and worn. The final room was extremely small, with broken air conditioning, no fresh air and a window that could not be opened. We woke up every few hours feeling hot, sweaty and exhausted. The light stopped working after three days. The bathroom was not very clean and had no ventilation or hand soap. Towels and toilet paper were not replaced unless requested, and the room was only cleaned after four days. There was no fridge or usable iron, the lifts were slow and overcrowded, and almost every issue required another trip to reception.
