Aircon was great in the heatwave, reaso able space for London and kitchen also worked adequately (which was also good). Hood fridge and freezer. It met all of our needs and was a nice place to sleep and return to. Laid back and pleasant. A couple of small irritations, toilet roll holder fell off, the terrace needed a sweep. Just small things.

location Crooked stairs, half-sized bathroom, if you learn forward on the toilet you'll hit your head on the wall. If you raise your arm in the shower you'll bruise it. This accomodation is for young people who don't care. We paid extra for an upgrade and from what we saw it didn't exist.

It was really close to Euston and king’s cross stations and it was a very quite/nice area

24 hour staff in house was very helpful We had paid to upgrade to a room with air-conditioning and moved 2x in 2 days before we had working air. Staff tried to address is but we had two completely miserable nights until things were changed. The rooms were very small but did have amenities that were described. The location was brilliant but the air conditioning was a serious issue during the heat wave.

Clean and comfortable. Reasonable close to transportation. Be aware that it's 'cozy'. Very small bathroom, but regular size shower.
-
The sink in the corner of the kitchen was very hard to use and the bathroom sink had a shelf above it which made washing your face almost impossible.
-
Everything very clean. The staff were nice and helpful. Excellent , quiet air conditioning. You have to aware that there are 6 flights of stairs to the top floor.

Great location and well air conditioned!

I stayed for one week. Location was excellent (Near 3 Tube stations and walking distance to markets, restaurants and bars.) I loved that it had a small kitchen and fridge so I could make myself my own coffee and store snacks, cold drinks, etc. My room was cozy and had a super comfortable bed. My room also had two windows so I enjoyed the air circulation, especially during a summer heatwave. Neighborhood felt safe and I loved the park across the street too. The stairs up to the rooms are tight so be aware, especially if you have large luggage. Also the walls of the rooms are a bit thin. I couldn't hear my neighbors exactly but I could hear the doors open and close in the hallways. Bathroom was super clean but small. No shelf space for toiletries but there is counter space in the kitchen that you can use instead.

The 24 hr reception desk is such a nice option. Someone was there at all times of arrival to assist. The room also had AC which was very needed during the London heatwave. Great location on a quiet street. Amenities were simple but amazing value for money. The bathroom was small for two people but manageable for sure. For the affordability, it was something we made work and it didn't bother us very much.

The bathroom needs refurbishment, The television was ancient and did not work.

Excellent location. Quiet and clean. Room that is spacious. Highly recommend! Everything was great

I think this is a good property to stay for a couple of nights and would work well for a solo traveller or a young couple looking for affordable accommodation in London. The studio was incredibly well equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, pots and pans and plenty of cooking utensils to cook meals. Bonus for me was an on-site laundry. Kings Cross - St Pancras stations were only a 5 minute walk away. Nothing

Great value, great location! The guys on reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. Not much. The rooms are small and the bathroom tiny but it was fine for what we needed it for.

Friendly team. Good explanations Apartment beginnign to look old and worn
-
location and air conditioning musty smell in the room. bathroom had an odor of sewage. the sink in the bathroom was clogged. the air conditioning makes a very loud humming noise but was appreciated.
-
convenient location lack of lift is problem for older people like us, but understand why there is no lift
-
Central location, near excellent restaurants and transportation. Somehow we ended up in the smallest room. There was no kitchenette to speak of. Fortunately. This was a short stay.

Check in was easy. Convenient location and helpful to be able to leave luggage during the day. Small rooms and needs a bit of updating.
