Location and clean

It has to be the smallest hotel room I've ever been in there was literally 2 feet on each side of the bed and only 3 feet in the front, and if you drop a bar of soap, you had to open the door in the shower to bend down to get it.

It was very clean, had all the amenities, and friendly staff. Room and bathroom size was small, but I got a good night's sleep. Refreshments were restocked.

Be aware, there is no elevator at this facility.

The bathroom was tiny.

Very close to the Eurostar trains at great price

Very clean, nice location, beautiful view from the window, extra facilities and adapter for European electrics plugs. Stuff was welcoming and helpful The room was quite small, and especially the shower\toilet — it was hard to turn in there

Nothing severe to point out. The form I had to fill out when checking in struck me as a bit odd. Having gotten a room facing the courtyard, it was a little awkward getting to and from the room (stairs + narrow corridor). That's about it.

The location is really convenient. Size of the room, specially the toilet is extremely small.

We never had breakfast, wasn’t aware you served it!l Loved the tea, coffee and real milk replenished daily with cookies, nice touch. Not really a complaint but felt the staff somewhat unfriendly, not interested in engaging in any conversations?

5 min walk to Kings cross. Clean, new, friendly staff. Cannot ask for more

Ideal location walking distance from Kings Cross Station. Reasonably priced room. Able to leave bags at the hotel safely until check in, good sized bed, comfortable room with good facilities, free wifi, bathroom, tea making etc. Helpful staff and a reception open 24/7. The hotel was remarkably quiet give the location The room was OK for one night but quite small

Easy access to the Underground system. Room was clean. Bathroom was very clean. Coffee , tea and water available in the room. Stairs to the room, so narrow we couldn’t take our luggage upstairs. The bathroom was so small to sit on the toilet you are half under the sink. The rooms are tiny, two people cannot get dressed at the same time. The room was very hot.

Location was convenient to the underground train. Need a better selection of places to eat in the neighborhood.

Was not told about breakfast and I didn’t use it but I would have if I had been informed Room was very small and it was loud in the morning

Very good location, right next to kings cross and a great few little pubs around the corner! Loved that Checkin and desk was attended to all day and night. Very clean with daily housekeeping which was great! Rooms were extremely small. It was difficult to get two suitcases in the room. We pushed the twin beds together to make more space. The bathroom is clean but very very small. So if you are a tall person or a larger person, be ware!

Location was perfect to get to the Eurostar and to the UNDERGROUND (Tube). All was great thanks to everyone.
