Room was adequate but on the small side. I wouldn't call it an hotel as it was more like renting a room in an airbnb set up as there were no public areas in the building. Breakfast wasn't included and there was no catering on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful but the housekeeping staff were sadly lacking. The location was excellent for Covent Garden, the Royal Opera House and several other theatres. The size of the room and the fact that there was no dining room offering breakfast or any other meals.

Great location. Room was perfectly acceptable but not luxurious. Great value for money for the location. Helpful and friendly staff recommended a great place for breakfast. Moved us to the ground floor which was much appreciated. Room is relatively small but acceptable at the price.

The property was clean and fresh it was in a suitable location with most places being within walking distance of where we needed to get too. Staff were lovely nothing was too much for them when we asked. So polite and welcoming. The room was spacious. We will be back to stay again.

Great location, the staff were really helpful and pleasant. Had a problem with the kettle and it was sorted without a fuss. Easy access to Covent Garden and theatres. A quiet location in a busy part of London. The only downside to our visit was the AC in our room wasn't working and the substitute mobile unit couldn't cope with the heat. The other room that my cousins had was fine.

Great small lhotel in the heart of London Covent Garden, next to Royal Opera House. It is one of my favourite hotels in London since more than 20 years. My previous stay in that hotel was in 2006, and now I was glad to experience that hotel, services and facilities are as great as they were back 20 years ago. And the rooms were obviously renovated. Only the price. But it is understandable in such perfect central location.

Exceptional

Comfortable room in a quiet location, with it easy to reach West End Theatres and The National Theatre and Southbank area in walking distance. I appreciated the tea/coffee facilities Bathroom very small

Location No lift to upper floors

I have stated often and I love the position I couldn’t connect to WiFi on my iPhone and iPad and the hotel reception staff kept saying the WiFi was fine . I have since connected with no problems in another hotel. They never apologised . It was Very inconvenient .

Walkable to soho West end brilliant location N/ A

Location, friendliness and price were great! Could have been cleaner, the carpet wasn’t lovely! shower was poor, but ok. The room itself was fantastic size for a family with excellent air con and decent windows! It was 3rd floor no lift so always worth checking if you struggle with stairs. We had a great stay!

The staff and the location It’s a little tired. Only 2 sachets of coffee. No hairdryer.
