The Goodenough hotel is under major renovations. When we arrived, staff offered us a room in the middle of a part that was under construction. Carpet rolls, industrial equipment etc where everywhere in hallways. The place was dusty++. We could not stay there as it felt unsafe and certainly not meeting fire code. With a bit of negotiations, they offered us another room that was clean and spacious.

The location of the hotel is good. Close to 2 underground stops. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff, pleasant stay. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very modern, clean and spacious room also. A really comfortable stay. Accessing the hotel with public transport requires a bit of a walk. A bit pricey.

Room was immaculately clean and a decent size for a single. No lifts so had 62 stairs to climb to my room.

Really well-run establishment. Great staff, beautiful building, fab location for exploring London. You have access to the private square across the street and dining in the beautiful hall at Goodenough College. Pricey, but so is everything in London :(

Beautiful decor, great staff great location. Lovely teas of quality on offer was on the ground floor which i have a phobia about. The top floor rooms was in the attic and far too hot hot with insufficient fans to help. The room had some dated and scuffed pieces in the room and the fan was not strong enough. At £223. A night without breakfast i class this as premium and it wasn’t quite.
