The location is phenomenal when travelling through Kings Cross/St Pancreas stations. The provided snacks and drinks, including a hand written note were a lovely touch. Comfy bed. The style of the room is fun. It is really small. I'm talking less than 50cm between the wall and shower curtain small. If you got loads of luggage this isn't the room for you, but if you are mostly out and about and want a good bed and clean room to come back to, this is great!

The location was perfect for the purpose of my stay. They provided a sandwich and a jar of jam (seemed strange) The room was obscenely hot. I couldn't sleep. I had to open the window and position the fan that was provided to pull cold air from outside and blast it in.

Very good location for Eurostar Problem accessing - didn't receive email with code. Room was like an oven, when we arrived & bad odour from toilet/shower room. Had to requests a fan & email not working.during our shory stay.

I understand the demographic that is being targeted with the design and style of this hotel and it does what it sets out to achieve very well. For a long weekend with friends attending events or shopping I could imagine this would be an ideal place to stay. - NO AIRCONDITIONING - No lift and noisy stairs - Proximity of the room doors to one another making it difficult to enter and exit without disturbing anyone - no working space or desk (in the room I was in)

It was extremely convenient to the train station! It was clean and the room had all the essentials for a pleasant stay! The room did not have air conditioning and was small, but that was in the description so I wasn’t surprised. They did provide a fan, as it is extraordinarily hot in London now. I really did appreciate that!

Location fab! 5 min walk across the road from Kings Cross station, but quiet area. Room well equipped and complementary water/pop/chocolate in fridge. Staff were so helpful and friendly and could store bags before and after check in/out.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful personalized notes left with my complimentary tea tray each morning—it was such a lovely and personal touch that made me feel genuinely welcomed. The supply of fresh, clean towels was also excellent, and the room was kept to a very high standard throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Great for a one night stay. Fabulous location, staff welcoming and friendly and the little extra touches were very nice and personal. A fan would have been appreciated, but it doesn't effect my rating, all very good.

I really liked the location, and it was very quiet at night, which made it easy to sleep. The bed was comfortable, and I also really appreciated that morning tea was brought to the room every morning, such a nice touch. The main issue for me was the bathroom. There was no handheld shower head, only a fixed shower from above, and the bathroom was very small. I had asked for a shower cap but unfortunately wasn’t provided one. As I was travelling for work and didn’t wash my hair every morning, it was very difficult to shower without getting my hair completely wet. This was honestly a deal breaker for me. The fan was also very loud, and there was no air conditioning. My room was on the top floor, so it could get quite warm, and getting luggage up and down the very tight staircase was also quite difficult. Overall, I had a nice stay and the price is reasonable for what you get, but because of the shower situation in particular, I don’t think I would stay here again.
