Great suite for 3 people, clean, great facilities. Bathroom goes straight into bedroom area, which isn't practical or particularly hygienic.

Location is great, staff perfect, good value. Lobby is nice. The room could do with painting in the living room part. The sofa bed could have been more comfortable. Some of the furniture was stained a d could do with cleaning.

Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, underground and buses to move around within 5min walk. Amazing neighbourhood.

The room was large and comfortable, cleaned daily (including daily change of towels), with a lot of amenities and AC. Excellent location, close to both Paddington Station and Hyde Park, yet incredibly quiet. Amazing staff in the lobby. The sofa bed wasn't that comfortable.

Great location, nice staff, kitchenette, clean. No “outside” (to hang). Room (studio) was nice, but felt somewhat ‘unsafe’ with the way the door opens towards bed. Airco built in a case, didn’t fully help the heat. Melting plastics smell, probably because of the outside heat.

Great location We got swapped to basement apartment. It’s rather nice so not too bothered but was slightly worried when we’ve been told when check in

Location is Superb; around the corner from HydePark and Oxford St Room is spacious with another room (Kitchenette) and Bathroom is large There is NO Breakfast or any food offered by the Property Daniela, at the reception, is friendly, cooperative, knowledgeable and overall made the entire experience a pleasant one Housekeeping left the window open (after cleaning) They did not refill the conditioner and the Towels they gave us has a stench in them

Very friendly helpful staff we got an early check in and late check out couldnt have been more helpful accommodating, Room was relatively small but had every feature you could need i would defintley come back, The shower was exceptional. No complaints at all
