Overall, the location is convenient, but there are a few things to note. The bathroom drain was clogged, so the water in the shower built up very quickly. The windows in the room couldn’t be opened, and the air conditioner was located directly above the bed, blowing straight into my face. There was no way to change the direction of the airflow. The hotel is old, but considering its location, it’s probably the best option. There are some good places nearby for breakfast.

Excellent location Very friendly & helpful staff. We have stayed here many times but this time there was a cut back in certain things like individual jams & sauces at breakfast & breakfast not as much choice or good quality. Price also increased a lot.

Well located, professional, friendly staff. The gentleman at the bar, Maurizio was very nice and made our stay more enjoyable with his nice manners and conversation.

Location was excellent. Very central. Breakfast was great but to charge a 12 year old £17 for a bowl of cereal was disappointing. I understand there was more on offer but that is generally what a 12 year old will eat. Room was very dark. No natural light.Windows were dirty as was lampshade.

Good location We had an issue with no air con during our stay - bug I was given a 20% refund so this was very good- it was just very hot in our room due to heatwave we are having.

The location and the breakfast and breakfast room were excellent. We specifically booked this hotel because the website said the rooms were air conditioned. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found the unit in our room wasn’t working. The staff put two fans in the room and we were given a discounted rate so it was ok, but not what we had hoped for.

the natural light in the bathroom There was no concerige service considering this is a 4 star hotel. I was given a room in the back which i was not happy with. there was no one to help me with suitcases for the first room given as it was one flight up. even when someone was there at the front desk to help i was informed there was no one to help me. i had to leave a day earlier than expected due to a family emergency and no refund was given to me
