Fantastic location with friendly staff. Comfortable bed. I wasn’t aware that there was construction happening outside the building until I arrived and saw the scaffolding. I got quite a shock to wake up to tradesmen on scaffolding right outside my window.

The room was very clean, the bed a true King! Friendly staff. The scaffolding in front - made it hard to find at first but not the staff’s fault. No true “Lobby” area.

In the middle of a very busy area, yet absolutely no noise from outside. The location is excellent — close to the underground, main attractions and theatres. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention; they were exceptionally helpful and friendly, as were the reception and restaurant teams. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bathroom had a wonderful shower. This will be our accommodation of choice for future visits to London. We were allocated a connecting room, and the guests next door were noisy when they returned after midnight, but the issue was resolved quickly once we reported it.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Central for all theatre and shopping, as well as various other attractions. And, crucially, within minutes walking distance from tube stations to travel further afield. N/a

The location is probably the best in London. You walk at night to the hotel feeling absolutely safe. We had room 407 and looked on to Leicester Square, checking the queue at Lego store so we could jump over there to buy kits for our grand children. The bathroom was modern, bright and quite big for UK. This is my hotel in London for the foreseeable future. Breakfast was good and average but not extensive. The dining room is basement, dull and boring. Dining rooms without windows sucks.

The location for this Thistle hotel is amazing if you wish to stay in central London. I had newly renovated spacious air-conditioned room on one of the upper floors which was very comfortable. Plenty of storage for clothes with wardrobe & chest of drawers. Very helpful staff.

Great location and helpful staff. Busy renovating outside of building. Scaffolding and workmen in front of our 2nd storey room.

Fantastic room, very clean and comfortable with a definite premium feel. Amazing views across the River Thames. Very nice breakfast buffet. Only downside is it’s 8-10mins walk from nearest tube station, which isn’t far but feels longer carrying baggage.
