It was clean with friendly and welcoming staff, the bed was comfortable and the staff were accommodating in giving me a room that fit the needs of no feather bedding. Particularly liked that the smart tv worked as that is sometimes an issue in hotels I’ve stayed at and it was nice to be able to adjust the temperature in the room given the changing weather. Nothing specific to dislike but would have enjoyed a few more options at the 24hr go bar and the breakfast would have been more enjoyable for me personally if it was how I thought it would be with picking off the menu provided rather than the buffet style as I would have liked the option of poached eggs but other than that there is nothing to dislike.

The look and feel of the place was brilliant. And very competitively priced. I personally found the bed and pillows quite uncomfortable, but a personal preference, nothing wrong with them.

The hotel’s location, accessibility, cleanliness, and the practicality of the rooms were all excellent. The only downside was that the staff weren’t particularly warm or friendly. I didn’t have any problems with them, but in my experience, the service and hospitality are usually better at other hotels
