Thanks to concierge and breakfast staff. Breakfast items very limited and u need to order any extra. The AC in the breakfast hall is not open. The bed is not comfortable

The room is very cold. The location is close to everything esp. 9 minute walk to Buckingham palace. Less than 5 minutes walk to hop on hop off buses station. The bathroom has heated floors and towel rack. The staff are really great. Goes above and beyond. HANAD is awesome. He weighed and carried all our heavy luggages.. breakfast is normal. The fact that they make you wait until 3pm to check in
