Excellent service

Good price, clean room, hot water.

However, our room didn’t smell as fresh, and I found an empty water bottle and a pill under the bed, raising concerns about the cleaning. Breakfast options were limited to coffee, milk, toast, and yogurt, which was disappointing given my son's dietary needs for a non carb, non sugary protein. Despite these issues, I would return for the great location, safety, budget friendly price, shopping nearby, and close driving distance to a lovely park with stunning sunset views. I hope the cleanliness of our room was an exception, as everything else seemed well maintained.

Basic, clean, felt safe.

We initially received incorrect directions from ChatGPT, leading to disappointment when the main office didn’t match the website’s image. However, our concerns were unfounded; the rooms were clean, spacious, and conveniently located in Lynwood, near our family. We had a wonderful two-night stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try their breakfast, as we usually leave early for activities.

Clean, quiet room. Easy check in. I especially appreciated the unscented laundry products.

Breakfast is minimal, but coffee is available all day, parking is a bit cramped and walls are thin. We could literally hear word for word the argument in the room next to ours. The bathroom needs hooks for towels and clothes you remove before heading to the shower. Small inconvenience but enough not to give 5 stars.

Nothing wrong per se, just high priced for what it is. Very basic place. Functions fine, but almost no amenities and high priced compared to similar places.

Front desk gentleman was mean and terribly unhelpful and unprofessional. I would not wish this establishment on my worst enemy.

The hotel was restored/renovated well, at least the important stuff, like the room. The room is small, but fine, especially for the price. A/C, bed, bathroom were all nice. Coffee in the room would be an appreciated addition. I definitely would stay again under similar circumstances. Breakfast items were good quality. There's not a lot of choices, however.

They keep your room secure once it booked, I was to busy around the city and I make the check in late, they attend me pretty well. In contrast, others reject if you don’t do the check in on time.

This place is what I like to call a Diamond. How cute and cozy it was. It was beautiful on the outside and inside, and reminded me of a lodge type hotel in the Alps I stayed at before. The staff was so kind and accommodating and I would highly recommend staying here if you want a comfortable bed, fluffy towels and some of the nicest people you can meet. Tha k you for the wonderful accommodating and allowing me to extend, it really is a magical place and was exactly what I needed.

Friendly checkin. Quiet room in a noisy location. Feels clean and reasonably maintained. Easy access to parking. Need a key to enter the building itself which is safe. Minimalistic, old, but a good and peaceful stay. They serve breakfast, I did not stay long enough to try it.
