Lokasyon çok iyiydi, merkezi ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde metroya çok yakın. Civarda güzel yerler vardı özellikle yemek yemek ve bir şeyler içmek için. Oteldeki çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, her konuda beklentilerimi fazlası ile karşıladı nothing

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even the housekeeping team was kind and pleasant. The hotel was excellent overall. It was a bit expensive, but it was definitely worth the price.

The place was nice, rooms comfortable and clean. Great location, metro station Tirso de Molina nearby . You can walk to Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, Callao.

Excellent location, very comfortable and nice place

Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic and made it very easy to explore Madrid. The property was spotless, modern, and very well maintained, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. One of the biggest highlights was the luggage locker service. We were able to store our bags two hours before check-in and, even more importantly, for about nine hours after check-out while we explored the city before our late-night flight. That convenience made a huge difference for us. We were also impressed by how well equipped the property is. We needed a sewing kit after buying a blouse, and reception had a complete one ready for us. Later we asked if they had a luggage scale before heading to the airport, and they had that too. They really seem to have thought of everything. This was honestly our favorite stay during our trip. Nothing at all. Everything was excellent, and we wouldn’t change a thing.

Air conditioning was not working but the staff changed my room right away but to a smaller room

Location, location, location!! This cute hotel was amazing for a 2 night stay in Madrid! Check in was easy, staff was friendly and what made our stay even better was the upgrade room the receptionist put us into. Lovely little hotel for a short getaway.

Room size.

I would first like to acknowledge the staff that were there during my stay. Javier, Deana, Lara and Monica were absolutely wonderful throughout my whole day. They are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. It was because of them, I would like to come back and stay here again. Everything about the facility was perfect. Thank you!! I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, modern hotel. Very comfortable bed with large pillows. Friendly, helpful staff Neighborhood was a little sketchy

The cleanliness! It needs deep cleaning especially the toilets , they need to monitor cleaning more
