We have common rooms and we keep a beautiful courtyard that houses a Moorish style fountain from the 18th century. We have a bar and a cave where we organize activities and events every day. Nothing! Well, after spending an hour here, I decided not to stay and booked another hostel close to Sol. This place is weird, dirty, they call it a party hostel, which was not written anywhere before booking. The kitchen is almost useless, no stove to cook…vs. You cannot drink your own alcohol here, not even your wine or beer, just be aware.

clean property, they asses any issues right away some people are very disgusting and can leave a room smelling super bad, also rooms are very humid and might be an issue if you stay longer than 3 days

Nice facility with include scan card for easy access. Rooms which had 3 showers and bathrooms inside room. Washers and dryers with efficient operation. The cleaning crew were stars for keeping facility clean. Lastly reception personnel were courteous, great personalities and helpful answering questions. More pricy than other hostels Spain that I visited the past 5 weeks that were close to being comparable. The study abroad students who lack basic common courtesy for room sharing.

Wonderful location in Madrid. Walking distance to great sites. Great staff that were very pleasant and helpful. Have recommended this to friends traveling there.

I truly appreciated Ana. She was the staff member who served me breakfast, and she was so professional, kind, and compassionate. Plus, she kindly helped me prepare my breakfast. Her friendly and helpful attitude made my morning truly special, and I always looked forward to her warm and welcoming presence.

Clean and well located 30+ minutes of waiting time for checking due to long onboarding process NO towels offered, rent is 6€, so you better bring one.

I did not like that other person being in their friends in the room who did not paid. I reported to the late shift man. I made it aware I did not appreciate girls bringing indoor friends to sleep in empty beds. It's not my job to fix the problem.It is their job. Also, many people were very loud and did not respect others.That were asleep at three o'clock in the morning.
