We got mostly things we need for this short period self-catering accommodation. Besides of searching parking which is an issue for everywhere in Madrid. happily to stay!

For check in, got wrong apartment #, the WhatsApp pdf. said Apartment 4 and we carried our luggages all the way to the second floor (no elevator) to #4 but can not open the door, then told me was #1, wasted me a lot of time trying to get in the Apartment. Then the last day of our stay, someone tried to get into our apartment at 1:30am and even started to knock the door. I had an early flight and we were scared and can not sleep for the rest of the night. Never had such experience in any hotels. Really not recommend this one.

If you are traveling with a group of tough men it would probably be fine The neighborhood feels unsafe, has graffiti on the buildings, and is described as “the hood“ online. We arrived to the apartment in an uber and were immediately approached by someone who tried to pickpocket a member of our party. The management company answers the phone, but are located in a different country. “ I do not live in Spain, so I don’t know that area,” we were told by the representative. We were traveling with a number of young women, so we decided to leave. We asked the management company to relocate us, but they said they had nothing. We left anyway. A few days later, they contacted us by email, writing that they have never had any complaints. They also said we should have known better, because the neighborhood location was included on the listing. We are not from Spain, so we didn’t realize exactly where the apartment was. We ended up paying this apartment and another apartment.

Great location, near a metro station, cafes and grocery shops. It's easy to get to the city centre. Nothing really.

Kitchen utensils and facilities available. Secure. Poor ventilation and odd stench. Clothes left smelling like cigarettes and chocolate. Poor shower drainage. Bitten by dust mites/ bed bugs multiple times while sleeping.

The apartment was very nicely appointed. The air conditioning worked well during 35+ degree temperatures outside. Bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. I also liked the code element for gaining access to the apartment. It was a little noisy but earplugs sorted that out. I would have preferred some heavier bedding on top of the bed.

Very good appartement, nicely decorated , fully equipped and with air conditioning on living room and bedrooms, which is a must for summer in Madrid. Being picky, isolation from the street noise could be better, but nothing that would bother while sleeping.
