The location was great. It was always clean. spacious rooms, some of them had balcony. The beds were comfortable. They don’t have minibar or fridge available, we have a 5 years old son and we need milk and yogurt (the receptionist said that they are working on that and have a mini fridge for medicine). They only have fan no air conditioner but for the price is fine. They don’t give you towels you have to ask for them in reception.

Había cucarachas en el baño.

Everything. I was lucky to get a special rate as it was pre high season. Thank you to the staff!!!

That it's located in downtown Madrid, Too rowdy. as was next to the Mercado de San Miguel. Noise till late at night and the very early in the morning with the delivery trucks. Bathroom shower did not work. Had to walk ups a flight of stairs with our bags

Location is great Very small room, it was extremely hot and no AC, just a little fan.
-
It was close to the Market! It was very loud, you can't sleep well, you heard the door was opened and closed every minute!
-
Great value for money in a really good location in Madrid, right next to Mercado de San Miguel.

My only complaint was no window in my room. If there had been a window it would have been a perfect property.
-
Place was kept clean and tidy, and the central location was excellent, yet there was no noise from outside The room was fairly basic, with thin walls, but comfortable enough.
-
The location was good. The shower on the left side of hallway would overflow.. The hostal does not have a Camino stamp . I can not recommend it to anyone doing the Camino

The location was amazing!!! Rooms small but enough.
-
The staff was accommodating, reception , cleaning just impeccable. The room didn’t have a window

The best easy an convenient accommodation, smack in the center of Old Town, near everything, super nice location, friendly and helpful staff too. The best option if you're looking for a no frills little room, at the best location and at a decent price. Bed not exceptionally comfy, and the room next door was very loud talking last at night despite the place having quiet hours signs everywhere

The receptionist was nice. Quiet hours are neither respected by guests nor enforced by the host, meaning you constantly wake up to loud noises. They didn't compensate me, I didn't get a response, and they barely wrote back to booking.com either. This poses a health and infection risk, I do not recommend it.

Everything is good.❤️I loved it

My room was not particularly clean. I found some cockroaches...
-
Sheets and bathrooms were clean. 24h reception and could store luggage there. The walls are like paper. You can hear everything going on in the corridors and bathrooms, including people going to the toilet, just as if they were in same room. The bathrooms looked a bit mouldy.

The room heater is not functioning
-
warm and clean

Nothing! Totally dirty, stinky place. Rooms extremely hot, without any cooling, no cold water. Plus someone steals my pajama.
