Great location. Room was ok, basic, in need of tlc... José in Customer Service was very helpful with an issue I had to deal with.

The location was the only thing I liked. The building is okay, but the roommates look super abandoned and without much maintenance. The room is super small and feels unsafe. There weren’t any lockboxes, and we had a problem with the magnetic key. Trying to get in contact was super difficult.

The location close to the city center The room was very small. The window directed to a vertical tunnel, where the air conditioners are mounted. The bath very tiny. Check-in was difficult, because you have to use a machine and I the number to open the door was given wrongly, by a lady on the phone, that didn't speak well english.

Online check-in was impossible. They didn't answer our questions. They didn't give us an access code to the building and we had to wait for some guest to open it for us by chance. They don't provide two cards, nor luggage storage

It was very clean and with a good location The noise. Absolutely annoying noise almost all the time. The wall are very thin. There are almost people who check in or check out and because a lot of them faced difficulties with the process they make an awful noise . The check out was at 12 o’clock, but the room was locked even at 11:20. Fortunately the cleaning lady open the room for us.

This is a scam! Do not expect the rooms to look like the photos, you’ll be extremely disappointed! Absolutely filthy, walls definitely needed a good scrub! Check in instructions are poor, this is a staff-less check in, check out system. Not easy to use. Bed is like sleeping on a plank of wood.

the front door is very hard to open and a lot of the other guests were pushing it very loudly waking everyone up. also the rooms are so close together you always hear people. the location is the best part, and the beds are comfortable.

Location Very tiny space. Hard to register and the code for building entrance door was not provided.

Location is brilliant, however you have to accept noise from the street, we are not morning people so didn’t mind it at all. Pretty basic and small room, our key card didn’t work and we had to ask for replacement 4 or 5 times on WhatsApp as there is no staff member. What was disappointing on last day, I could spot a bedbug so we were worried to take any of them home with us, so make sure you don’t leave your bags and other items left on floor and make sure you wash them straight you get back home.

The location only The check-in process was too complicated and it was a long and boring procedure, on top of this, although I had made the check-in on-line in advance, we met some difficulty to have the key. Then it took us a long time to contact someone and discuss the issue on the phone (we have tried all the phone numbers provided!). In the end we were provided with the key. But only the day after we had a serious problem to enter our room - the key did not work, so we addressed the chambermaid to assist us but she was not kind at all and instead of assisting us or telling us to communicate with the manager or whoеever else, she expressly said that it was not our room, of course we opposed and she started being rude... We phoned again the phone numbers provided and we had a new key. We also took the advantage to say that the remote control of the TV was numbered with the number of another room and it did not work for our TV set; the guy said OK but actually nothing positive happened... The interior is shabby... But I made us a good impression that the entire corridor was smelling very nice! :) The last but not least, they sent me a lot messages regarding the hotel policy, some offers to organize our transport against payment, but they did not reply to ANY of my messages sent to them... The only positive side is that the hostel is in the very centre of the city!... If I had known all these things, I would definitely have booked another place even at a higher place ;)

The location The roof all cracked. The check in we had to call them for the code to open the main door. This information and everything should be sent by text(WhatsApp)
