Location and breakfast Rooms without a view to the main street but these things happened when we choose the lowest fares for the rooms

The location is perfect for visiting the Prado and Sofia Reina. Plenty of food options nearby. Rooms are lovely. The real stand out is the staff. They are super friendly and go above and beyond to help.

Very centrally located (near Prado Museum). Good breakfast. Outstanding restaurant downstairs, we had dinner both nights, good food and helpful staff. Everything was clean and spiffy. It was really noisy outside, even into the wee hours (train station is nearby). They should install soundproofed windows. Also our room's air conditioning was weak, became quite stuffy and it was hard to sleep.
