Location is close to grand via and good choice if you want privacy The mattress is hard so I had a hard time sleeping

Friendly staff, good communication, good customer service. Clean bathrooms, capsules are comfy Everything is very good. Spacious kitchen and living room. Towels and lockers are provided. =) The only thing they should prevent is keeping the front door open (near the reception). The smokers allowed outside are not only noisy, but the smoke also filters into the capsules which is awful for non smokers

Great location and price Not enough bathrooms and showers for the number of beds, and humidity/air flow in the bathroom could be improved

There aren't any tables or stulls for putting suitcases in the locker rooms area, for when packing or unpacking. Other than that it's a great and cheap option, 10/10 recommended

Las almohadas son demasiado delgadas, casi inexistentes. Los baños y duchas, estrechísimos.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable… especially the pillow. Also the no alarm policy was a bit annoying because most hostels typically allow it, but they were able to wake us up before a flight which was good.

Our stay was great! The facilities were clean and our bed was comfortable. The bedroom part of the hotel is silent, which made it much easier to sleep than some other hostels. The bathrooms were always clean! They have lockers and luggage storage, so we always felt that our items were safe! Overall great stay

It was completely new experience to me. Capsules are interesting concept if you prefer accommodation whit shared bathroom. The location is perfect, all important sites are on walking distance. Staff at the reception was really amusing. The property was not full so there was enough space in common areas. However, I am not sure about comfort when property is full. There are limited number of showers and toilets and in rush slots it was a bit crowded.

The pods were kinda cool. The overall feel of the place was nice, not like other hostels where people meet each other and talk as no one really said a word to others in the common area. The pods were great except for the sound of the plastic sliding back and forth, not the best design for sound.

Very convenient location, staff were great. We did have an issue with noise this was sorted very quickly Pods not as soundproof or sturdy as we hoped so there was quite a bit of noise. Could hear others snoring!

Central location, private beds with enough space, large lockers. If you don't like clubbing so this isn't your place.

Kind service. We were new to Spain and Hostels, so didn’t realize a capsule was really a capsule!! Perfect for people who just need a bed and shared shower room with individual stalls and changing rooms. Hard to get to, but everywhere is crazy traffic in Madrid!

Showers did not have enough hooks to hang towel/clothes.
