The apartment is not for three people as offered. The top bed is only for one person. I will not recommend it. The noise in the vicinity is very high.

Great location, very spacious and clean.

Very clean. Coffe maker and toaster working very well. Bath room impecable.

sleep. The lockers for luggage were filled, however, they did accommodate this. Also, things were broken in our room. This is not a place you want to stay.

We liked almost everything about this property. Amazing location within walking distance of many amazing things. Literally our only complaint was out of their control: There is a nightclub below the hotel and you can hear some music late at night. Ear plugs are included for free. We would and are staying again.

They are a bunch of cheapskates. 2 people for 5 days and they only gave us 4 coffee pods total. Almost ran out of toilet paper, they didn’t replenish the supply cabinet for our last 3 mornings. The Kleenex dispenser fell off the wall. The surface of the bathroom sink counter stuck out over the toilet so you sort to had to do the limbo to sit down. The pump on the shampoo dispenser was stuck do couldn’t use it. No safe in room for passports. Shower floor was very slippery and dangerous. Bed was comfortable and the location was fantastic

Great location, easy to get to and find. Walking distance from anything you would want.

Property was clean. Management was timely responsive. The only drawback was that there's an antro next door starts at 1:00 am and ends at around 6:00am. daily. Ear plugs help but if one is extremely sensitive to noise, you might need more than earplugs. Any other time other than the antro hours, the hotel had average noise for city hotel.

This hotel does not have a traditional reception desk, but it is very well organized with a secure locker system for luggage, which guests can use for free on the day of check-in and checkout. The room was very clean and beautifully designed. A great stay!

Great space and location

Loud street noise

It's certainly good, nice space, but fairly basic amenities. I'd say 8.2 out of 10

Hello, I never complaint. But, by far this was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. The AC units? Purely decorative, except for the noise, which works exceptionally well. The wall filtration adds a nice visual touch, marks on the walls all over, including a couple of buggers, dead plants in the terrace. And to top it all off: no hot water for a morning shower. What more could one ask for?

Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had great ammenities including luxury shower products. The location was fantastic with short walking distance to great restaurants, attractions and public transport

Nice and peaceful in busy Madrid. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby

Property was lovely once we finally got in. But after a month of emails from them requesting our phone number while in Spain and us responding that we will only have data and could they please use email to give us the code. The result was us waiting at the front door for an hour and a half.

This location was excellent and easy to get around Madrid from this location

Great location all nice and clean and easy to deal with

Cons: 1) super loud club is close by and the bass thumping could be heard throughout the night, until about 5-6am. To their credit, Sonder provides earplugs… but not an ideal sleeping situation. 2) the rooms are very dark with the living space having no natural light. Overall, I’d give Sonder another chance, but I can’t recommend this location due to the loud music alone and our lack of sleep because of it.
