Location, close to the train station and restaurants

All of the staff went above and beyond to help us when our passport was lost and our stay had to be extended. They helped contact the police and make phone calls for us to places we had visited inquiring if a passport had been found and they made it possible for us to stay three extra nights while we got the situation sorted out. They were exceedingly kind and supportive and we greatly appreciated it. Lights by the bed side didn't work well.

The location is perfect. One can get there on foot from the station. I had some trouble with the hot water, and the next day I realized it was because I had opened the faucet to the maximum.

The location is excellent, very close to the train station, which makes it extremely convenient for anyone using public transportation. The room was also excellent, very comfortable and well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay! Nothing

The hotel is very central, short walk to most places. The rooms were very spacious and quiet. The staff were lovely and took our bags, as we arrived early and at checkout. Hotel is on a hill, as is the case for a lot of the city, we had a small child, so there is a bit of pushing with the buggy, just to be aware.
