TOP location! Friendly and always ready to help staff. Clean, however not new. Maybe not so good noise isolation, but there is rule - after 10 p.m. no noise. From street we didn’t hear anything ( only the last night, but then Spain won half final of World Cup 2026).

The location was perfect easy to access, rooms are enough to open a 2 luggage on floor. A chair and open gardrobe. There are noise of the cafe/bars around the hotel this was not the problem of the hotel but the location.

Excellent staff. Clean and comfortable rooms New bathroom shower floor very sleepery. Easy to fall. Should have a small table or something in bathroom to put your toiletries

Very small room & bathroom. No place to put anything in the bathroom. The rooms are very noisy. I could hear everything the neighbors did.

There are a lot of bars and restaurants around the hotel, so it tends to be too loud in the late hours.

Very clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The downside to being in the middle of a crowded restaurant area was that it’s noisy till late at night/ early morning hours.

Everything was good. We loved the location, very close to the Puerta del Sol and transportation and many great restaurants. The service was excellent and very professional. Rafa at the front desk helped us every day and his service was exceptional, as was the service of his colleagues. Everything was fine.

This is a great little place to stay. Great location spotlessly clean, super comfy bed and very nice staff. This was my de in’s time staying here. A bit noisy with the bars down below

Location is perfect, right in the city center but hidden enough not to be noisy. Room was big enough, clean, stuff at the receptiom 24h so you really feel safe. Better than expected. At each floor of the building there is a different hostel/hotel so guests above can be noisy but it really was okay

The older building that the hostel was located was undergoing construction and the construction noise endured at various hours including early in the morning and into the evening. The location of the hostel is excellent but it also means the noise from outdoor bars, restaurants and partyers did not end until almost 5AM.
