Staff was amazing . Every staff member did their best to make our experience memorable . Breakfast chef ( lady ) - Dinner chef - Front Desk Lady ( red hair ) , sorry I could not remember their names . But a big applause to the whole Team . Thanks !

Never expected to find such a hidden jewelry in Medellin. Not fancy, but practical, simple , clean, friendly staff, not a fancy lobby, but you do not need such fantastic lobbies and a fiasco when inside the facilities. Now when you get into the room….Much better than expected, super clean, queen size bed, extraordinary pillows, good air conditioning, two night tables with outlet at each side to connect your chargers.. big closet and drawers, good working desk and chair. Excellent lighting and superior bed mattress… Room bathroom and toilet facilities much better than other very expensive hotels I have been , with toiletries, good quality towers , and even a drier. In fact a highly and quality place to stay Nothing at all

I had some problems with air conditioner, fridge. They solved quickly, but it shows an improvement opportunity in maintenance.

The hotel is located in a great spot. Within walking distance of many good restaurants. Since it’s a new hotel had a few issues like the hot water was sketchy for a few days. Also, none of the shops were operating inside the hotel yet. The room size was good. The breakfast choices was limited, but good. Again, the place just opened up. I would stay there again, especially since the kinks would be worked out. Had some hot water issues for a few days, but was resolved. They had limited breakfast choices.
