The Breakfast was amazing and the staff were welcoming from entry until exit this is a credit to pullman. It was close to the MCG and just enough out of the city. The trams are close. Room refreshed and min bar stocked -We had a note left at the room saying we called at 1:06pm to clean your room. Please contact reception if you would like this done. While we were out sightseeing and returned later that day, we assumed for the $320 per night this is a mandatory practice of bed made, towels changed if on the floor and mini bar stocked.

We were very pleasantly surprised how warm and welcoming the staff all were. The room was beautiful and location incredible. Overlooking the MCG, opposite Alexandra Gardens and. A short walk to Birrarung Marr; we loved it.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was ready well ahead of the check-in time and the 11am checkout is so much more pleasant than the typical earlier times. The room we stayed in had a great view and was larger than most hotel rooms in the same price range. The bathroom was very generous in size and the shower was exceptional. The hotel is very well located by some of Melbourne’s best parks, and right across the street from the MCG. Two very well connected tram lines as well as a train. Will definitely stay again. Nothing to fault during our stay.
