location no hot water in the first floor showers and the shower drain was clogged in most showers i tried; first and second floor showers

It’s really nice. I’ve stayed there a few times and everything is always great (the staff is very helpful and friendly). The location is exceptional, close to nightlife but on a very calm street (lots of free parking spots nearby). The beds and common areas are always clean.

The staff was very gentle and helpful. I didn't like the odor of the room.

it wasn’t clean. Water was leaking from the ceiling, and there was no working place to charge my phone in the room. We had to go down to reception, and they didn’t fix it for three days

Cozy and comfortable

I liked the attention; the crew was very kind. The security and the atmosphere. The location of the place is very safe, and the reception is 24/7 available, that's an excellent point. Even the hostess and guests are nice, and the ambience is cozy. The Wi-Fi coverage in the first room is very weak; most of the time, there is no signal. I tried connecting to the different networks, but they didn't work. Also, it seems that they don't have a desk phone service. It would be a nice facility.

Great location. Awesome rooftop and well equipped kitchen. Booked a private and Bed was not comfortable at all. No water available kind of sucked. Wasn’t much of a vibe at the hostel.

The smell and the noises

Ernesto was very helpful and accommodating! We went on the Destinos Mexicanos Teotihuacan tour and had a great time. There are a couple other tour options too that we didn't have time for. The hostel is colorful, pretty clean, nice "vibe", the area is a bit loud some nights (could be pro or con depending on what you're looking for) We were hoping the hostel might have some garrafons to fill up our reusable water bottles, but unfortunately they don't, only single-use bottles for sale - best to buy your own jug at one of the supermarkets/Oxxos or tienditas around. Also, the wifi was a little spotty in our room so you may have to go to the kitchen/terrace level.

Cool place! Good bathrooms everything was clean. Prime location next to a Starbucks and a small park. I was able to reach my destinations very quickly. Clean sheets and lockers. Wifi worked and there was hot water. Would stay again. Staff could have spoken better English. We figured it out tho. I think the system of having to wait until someone buzzes the front door open is a bit inefficient. Just give the guests a keycard or something for people like me that show up at 3am.

All good

The place is super cool Too many roommates rotation
-
The WiFi doesn’t reach all the dorms and there were a ton of mosquitoes and the reception just said that’s how it is

Location and vibes Thin pillows and run down facilities

Great location! Everything I needed. Kitchen, rooftop balcony, locker, etc. A little chilly at night, but I appreciated the ventilation.

The location is the only reason to stay at this hostel. The only good there is Juan Pablo, a new volunteer from Bolivia; he was super nice, welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The pictures on booking are not representative of the place. Our room was not what I had reserved on booking. Unfortunately this place is a mess. It is run down and extremity dirty. We didn't see any staff cleaning in 4 days. The garbage in restrooms are overflowing and it's ants infested!! This place have so much potential but apparently the landlord don't give a dime about his place! It could be a successful hostel but everything is dirty and falling apart. One day, there was no water until noon because no one cared about having the tank refill....no shower, no toilet flushing..come on!!!!

Good location Loud, staff were playing music and drinking keeping guests awake. Didn't seem to care
