Clean location was close to many things,easy stroll to Reforma.

Very nice staff, clean room , excellent gym , excellent location, good gym , good restaurant Be prepared with a mosquito repellent, AC loud, Hot water can be hotter and faster. All in all not a deal breaker. Still consider it VG to Excellent

Room need some maintenance repairs.

The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Special mention to Julio, a staff member who assisted us at all times. Also cleaning staff was super efficient. We arrived early in the morning and were given a room that wasn’t the one we had booked, as we had requested a king-size bed. However, the next day they resolved the issue, but only because we brought it up. The facilities are a bit run-down. You can see some renovation efforts, but it seems to be just a fresh coat of paint.

The staff was very courteous and friendly, our room was very neat and tidy. Great location, there’s a very nice taxi driver named Erik, he stands inside and out of the hotel, if you need a ride anywhere he is very prompt, has a spacious and clean car is patient, has great conversation and is very knowledgeable and his rates are very reasonable, its walking distance to Oxxos, farmacias, restaurants and main streets, would definitely recommend. The air conditioning didn’t work that great and our room kept getting overly warm.

The water pressure in the shower was pretty low, but that's my only negative.

The staff members as nice Carla was very attentive The bed are awful supper uncomfortable hard, the bathroom where extremely small the air conditioning was not working at full potential. I checked out in the morning and notice I left my makeup bag in the closet I called the same day to report it in the evening and they told me nothing was reported that they would look iinto it nothing was done called the next few days to followup and nothing, spoke to the manager Raul Ramirez and nothing the stayed/stole my MAC eyeshows brunches lipstick creams make up bag. Is not the content but the principle of the action! I had 2 room Reservation for my family of 6.
