Convenient location close to the railway station and metro. Very clean, comfortable room, very good quality bedding, nice bathroom, polite, responsive staff.

Great location, comfortable beds, clean room, friendly staff and included breakfast with a lot of options. It was a little pricier, but being downtown Milan within walking distance of the train station, it was worth it.

Very clean and spacious room with a nice bathroom. Just a few minutes walk to the central train station so very convenient for train/metro travel!

The location is perfect (literally *centrally located*). It is in walking distance of one of the main train stations (central) in Milan. There are also buses that take you from the airport (Malpenza) to the Central station for 10 euros. We walked our luggage from the drop-off location by the station to the hotel (~12min walk). The staff were really nice and helpful. Specially the night shift front desk person (Hamed). Room and its bathroom were clean. The breakfast was excellent. There are good restaurants around the block and there is a grocery store in front of it across the street. It's not the Ritz but it is perfect for seasoned travellers. We checked in around 2am and were given 1 room key. We got another one in the morning but it didn't work. Our stay was short so we just used that one key-card. If you need an extra card, make sure to test it quickly before you leave the hotel.

Hotel is tired and needs renovation. First room we were given was tiny shoebox with peeling walls, dirty bathroom and a toilet that you could only fit on by ducking your head under the protruding wall. Second room was renovated and much brighter and larger but still ac that could not be adjusted, heat that didn't work at all and pillow so flat you needed two to equal one. Pretty much everything
