Location Staff The towels were not clean we found hair on them, the bathroom was not that clean as it should, the shower needs to be changed. Small room.

Clean and close to the station . Quiet

The good points are that the hotel is very close to Milano Centrale, the room was cleaned every day, and the air conditioning worked well. However, those were pretty much the only positives for us. The hotel is located on the fourth floor of a building that contains several different hotels. The elevator is extremely old and quite rusty. We also did not feel completely comfortable with the security of the building. The main entrance door can be opened simply by pressing a button from outside, and because the hotel is very close to the train station, there are sometimes questionable people around the area at night. When entering the building, we did not feel that there was much control preventing someone from simply following us inside, there is not security at the entrance. The biggest issue, however, was the attitude of one member of staff, an older woman who appeared to be the manager or owner. On one occasion, we politely asked another employee at reception if we could use the microwave to prepare some instant noodles. She kindly told us that we could. A few moments later, this woman came over and started speaking very loudly and rudely to the receptionist in front of us in. She then took over while our food was being heated and handed it back to us in a very unfriendly manner. The whole interaction made us feel extremely uncomfortable. If guests are not allowed to use the microwave, that is completely fine, but the staff should simply communicate that clearly and politely instead of creating such an unpleasant situation. At the end of our stay another staff member tried to make us stay for "free tea" to get a good review from us but we left. Unfortunately, because of the way we were treated, I would not recommend staying here. Location and cleanliness are important, but hospitality and respectful treatment of guests are just as important.

The room was clean, the location is perfect. The toilet seat was broken but the maintenance person fixed it after a while. the double bed was too small, bathroom shower head was dirty and generally the toilet was a bit small

Good location, 3 minute walk to the train station and near all transport to key locations It wasn't clear on booking.com that this hotel was just a floor of rooms in a building with multiple other hotels on different floors.

My initial reasons for booking this hotel was their ability to accommodate our bed request for a family of 5, price, and the location. It was very simple, not fancy, but felt safe and clean. We ran into a few minor issues and the staff was creative and helpful to resolve them. The staff were a bit pushy about asking us for a 10 star review. I told them I would be happy to write a review, but they literally wanted to stand over my shoulder and watch me do it. I stayed there two separate times on one trip so I can now take the time to write my thoughts on our stay rather than just click "10" all the way through as they asked.
