The property is beautiful and convenient. However the fire alarms were going off all night keeping any of us from getting sleep. The issue with the fire alarm with no clear reason for why it kept happening.

The Room was clean, however for three days the air conditioner was not working. It kept getting colder and colder until we manually turned it off. I reported it several times to no avail. I was charged $25.00 per day to park in a handicap space.

For the price I paid, I expected much better accommodations and service. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my expectations at all. I would think twice before booking here again.

Air conditioning did not work! It was 80 in our room!! All of the light did not work! They moved us to another room and the air worked, but it wasn’t great!! The staff acted like they could care less!! Not a great stay for the amount of money we sepen

We also had to have Maintenance come 3 times to fix our TV.

Good value for money. Professional staff, complimentary drinks and breakfast!

The breakfast was delicious. It was a buffet. The parking was $25 a night, but I wish it was free if you were stay at the hotel. The area around the hotel is very nice It was in walking distance of everything I wanted to see The Riverwalk, Hank Williams museum, Union Station It had a lot of eating places within walking distance of the hotel

It's in downtown Montgomery Alabama. The parking was convenient just was shock that we were charge for parking. Live the view of the city from my hotel room.

I recommend anyone who reserves hotels to it! The parking and room was fantastic!

Facilities looked nice Had to wait in line for 30 minutes to check in. There was a computer issue, which I blame no one for. But when I got to the desk I was told my reservation was not in the system, and there were no rooms available for my family. I asked about my reservation and was told it didn’t exist and I wouldn’t be charged. No problem. Then I look on my card and I was charged and now I am having to fight for a refund.
