Great place to stay . Shame the roof top outside area was closed for two days

The air conditioning essentially did not work in one of the rooms, the phones were not connected in the room, light bulbs were out, the text messaging valet service did not work properly, the refrigerator in one of the rooms did not work at all, and the staff had a laissez-faire approach to the entire process.

The hotel was clean, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful The lobby was crammed with furniture and knick Knacks, there were ZERO areas for refreshments, I have never in all my traveling stayed at a hotel with no water available, no snacks available, it was beautiful but not user friendly at all. I was there with my kids and wanted to look out off the balcony on the 5th floor but because they were under 21 we were not permitted. There were no trash cans for us to discard our pizza box, no microwave in the room.. it was nice and felt safe but I don't know that I'd go back.

Second time staying here and probably last. Tried to book room thru their website. Was more than Expedia and wouldn’t match and I’m a Marriott member and still wouldn’t do anything. So booked thru Expedia. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still nothing. Hotel is nice and great location but maybe want to check elsewhere
