The trundle mattress had stains on it, you had to slam the room door to get it to shut, we couldn't even eat breakfast because there wasn't anything restocked. People were milling around trying to find something to eat because there wasn't anything to eat. Not happy with our stay at all for the price.

Pull-out couch was broken and staff was unable to help us or move us to a new room. Would not recommend this hotel for that reason

Room was very spacious. The shower soap/shampoo was filled up with something awful, not what was on the label. There was no lightbulb in my lamp.

Staff was wonderful! New property. Valet parking ($30 per day) was efficient and handled by separate company using app. Breakfast on par with other chain hotels. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The staff did offer to find another room, but by that time it was late and I had already unpacked. I would simply ask that future guests be informed upfront about issues like this. Despite the inconvenience, I would revisit.

When I got there to check in they told me I could not check in, but it took my money and it was confirmed. Then they told me I could not check in, then gave me the run around and I never signed any paperwork or nothing! Very unprofessional and very unprofessional service! We left, it’s was very unprofessional service and staff !

Very clean and spacious room! The staff was accommodating. Breakfast was just ok but sufficient. Would return and request another room on ground level with the high ceiling.

Everything was great. I did notice how dusty the room was especially behind the night stand and headboard and it was room 425 other than that everything was nice.

This is my third, or fourth, stay here. That should say enough. The staff is always kind, rooms are spotless, and it’s located in a convenient spot. Will be returning!
