Awesome stay!
-
It is a newer property and convenient to everything. Now to the problems. They shouldn't just have valet parking only, so inconvenient, thank God for a parking deck a block away. I was on the 4th floor for a week and the air was not working the entire time. I was promised someone was coming to look at it they never came. I was offered a different room on the last night of my stay. Umm who fixing to move all their stuff for a few hours. It was 80 degrees in the room a whole week

Exceptional

The room was quaint, roomy & exceptionally clean. I loved the esthetic. The lobby had a very odd order. However, I am overly sensitive to orders, so it may not bother anyone else.

Clean, quiet hotel a stone's throw from the Biscuits and the Legacy Museum. We had a 4pm check-in, but our room wasn't ready until 6pm; we weren't the only party waiting for our room. Staff wasn't terribly sympathetic to the situation.
-
I ordered a room with king size bed but stayed in a room with 2 double beds. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Friendly helpful staff rooms are big, clean and welcoming.

Beautiful building and rooms. Location was great.

For the price of the hotel, breakfast was terrible, very disorganized. The room was ok but there were stains in the sheets. There were no toiletries in the bathroom.

The first room had a smell that caused me to have an asthma attack. The second room didn’t have the smell but wasn’t as nice or spacious. We were in town for a funeral after driving 7hours we were just exhausted and it was 3 of us sharing a room. The bathroom sink was stopped up, there was no hot water running in the sink - even after 20 min of running the water on “hot”.the shower had lukewarm water that was more on the cold end. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The lighting in the bedroom was none-existent. We waited over an hour for a remote control for the bedroom, after calling and asking 3-4 times. We had to ask for linen for the sofa. And the view. We paid extra for a “city view” and in both rooms the view was of bricks and down to the breakfast lounge. Wasn’t a great stay. The hotels appearance was lovely. Staff was pleasant and seemed available when you called them. We weren’t asked how the stay was when we left, hence why we left such a detailed description of our stay.

Room was very nice Not enough places to hang your shower towels exhaust fan in bathroom did not work

Convenient to downtown historic sites. Good breakfast options. Parking limited so stuck with valet. Got text that my valet parking expired three hours after I drove away.
-
Great location in the downtown area. Easy to walk to restaurants and the ballpark. Safe area too. Loved the facilities and rooms were immaculate and well stocked. Loved the 25’ high ceilings.
-
Will book there again when I’m in town.

Very clean, the breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. The security door lock on our door was broken (missing) when we checked in to our room. I requested that perhaps a maintenance person come fix it while we are out and the front staff said that isn’t possible and apologized. Overall we felt safe during our stay but we moved a chair and other items in front of the door at night…
