Staybridge Suites Montgomery - Downtown by IHG

We wanted to eat & be on the road at 6:30 & they didn’t event start setting up the buffet until after 6 am. . It was a major inconvenience because we wanted to avoid traffic along our route. There were more than 25 people waiting for they to set up.

Clean room, lovely staff, delicious breakfast-especially on weekdays, kitchen was well stocked with equipment, close to what we needed, stellar salt pool, fast door dash! Kids loved it here!

Only a quick overnight stay while traveling through. Room was fine. Bed comfortable. Unhoused persons had access to the parking area. They weren’t aggressive or a problem, it just made me wish the parking I paid 23$ for was a little more secure. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast daily was good. Enjoyed the pool. Great proximity to sites such as Rosa Parks Museum and riverfront.

Staff was very cordial. Room was clean. Breakfast both days was very disappointing. It was not well stocked,and no kitchen staff readily accessible. Spoke to Front desk clerk who made efforts to remedy the situation.

location is in walking distance to downtown nightlife and dining nothing

Great service! I enjoyed the evening gatherings in the lobby. Clean room. I would stay there again!

The refrigerator did not work, the TV did not work (maybe batteries in the remote?), gunk on the wall in the shower (maybe the liquid soap but proof it was not cleaned) and a ticking noise coming from the kitchen area that repeated ALL night long. I was very disappointed.

Registered late at night, very friendly, helpful staff. Bed was comfortable and clean. Off street parking, safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Our room had a large refrigerator. Immediately after entering, I discovered that it didn't work. I called the front desk to inform them. They said no one was there to fix it and would have to wait until next morning. 5:30 the next day, still had not been addressed. I went back to the front desk and told them. Immediately, they moved us to another room with a working (very well) refrigerator. They should have done that in the first place!! Overall, the issue was solved, but it took 24 hours and 2 complaints.

Clean facilities, great breakfast. Some of the staff were rude and seemed extremely bothered if you asked questions or needed something for your room.

Good downtown location close to other things. Offsite parking really sucked and paid $15 for it and then walk back to the hotel in the rain and then the key card didn’t work when I got to the back lot and had to walk around the block to the front. Really bad if female alone
