Staff was great and room was large with a nice smell.

Breakfast was amazing and the room was so clean

Everything was very nice and breakfast was delicious! Walking distance to Montgomery Performing Arts Center was the icing on the cake. Will definitely stay here again. 👍

The stay was great! Clean and a very helpful staff. Unfortunately, my room was not cleaned (only towels were replaced) upon my return back from my event. Laundry facilities needs attention.

Hotel is a great location! The staff was very helpful,some more than others, but never rude. Older hotel but well maintained. Breakfast was good, they did a super job of trying to change up the choices each day. We were there for a week. Monday thru Wednesday they have a social hour with beer and wine and appetizers. Parking could be explained better when booking.

The breakfast was fresh and had a wide variety of options. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Better options for Breakfast

Filthy shower with hair and dirt spots, pet hair on bathroom counter, dirty dishes put away in cabinet, and cleaning a small spill in the entry made the paper towel black - meaning the floor was also dirty.

Very clean with extremely polite and helpful staff. Only complaints are the bathroom door latch was broken and lights on one side of the bed did not work. However, we did not ask for these things to be repaired because they did not affect or stay. I’m sure they would have been addressed if we had reported them.

Location Ice machine on 3rd floor wasn’t working. No hair dryer in room as advertised, in the king suite the door to bedroom only opened a third of the way before sticking on carpet, no housekeeping services available people after 7:30 pm. No restaurant or cafe on property site.

The bed had a bug wasn’t clean

I could have stayed at many other locations for cheaper and had a better experience.

Paying for parking should be NOTED before the room is booked. Alot of people don't expect to pay for parking .
