The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the room was comfortable, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Every member of the staff was genuinely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was efficient, the atmosphere was warm, and every detail reflected a high standard of hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing location, Had so many facilities, the hotel is big and spacious and the staff and service is immaculate , breakfast was super generous and quality of food is impeccable Cleanliness for bathrooms needs a bit more attention but relatively clean

Location Service and quality for price

Noises can be heard from upper and nearby rooms.
-
Spectacular Alpine and lake views, warm and enthusiastic staff, and a superb location. Funky Claude’s Bar, live jazz and the Smoke on the Water cocktail were unforgettable highlights. A persistent ceiling leak and missing toiletries detracted, but the memories prevailed.

A great place for relaxation, tranquility, and an excellent spa. Highly recommended. When making the reservation, I selected two lake-view rooms, one of which was a Deluxe Room, and I paid a high price for this choice. I was traveling with my family, so space was very important to us. Unfortunately, I was very surprised to find that the room was extremely small, much smaller than expected and not suitable for a family stay, especially considering the high cost and the “Deluxe” category. This was disappointing and did not meet the expectations set during the booking process.

location, facilities, staff, view - all were fantastic. we took advantage of the free bikes provided by the hotel, and they were perfect! they had a bike and helmet perfect for our 8 year old as well as for us adults. staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was beautiful, pricey but worth it! absolutely recommend.

My stay at Fairmont Le Montreux Palace was nothing short of outstanding. The hotel’s stunning lakeside location on Lake Geneva, with breathtaking views of the water and the Swiss Alps, sets the tone for a memorable experience Everything was perfect

This hotel honestly gave me the best experience I’ve ever had. Everything about it was spot on—the setting, the facilities, the little touches in the amenities, and especially the staff, who couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. My room was big and comfortable, but the highlight was the view: the grounds stretching out beautifully with the lake just beyond. Waking up to that felt like a dream. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, but this one did. I left already wanting to come back. Everything was perfect

1. The reception is really not nice. They didn't introduce the hotel, room direction, or environment. 2, The room we booked is a "Superior King Room with Lake View," but the roof of the restaurant opposite mostly blocked our view, and we had very little view of the lake (like 10% Lake view). The hotel lady (manager?) changed our room to a one level higher room for us in the end, but she had a very unfriendly attitude. 3, During breakfast, waiters and waitresses had no warm welcome and prompt service. As a 5-star hotel, it's a very disappointing stay experience.
