Receptionist Jamie is so unfriendly - honestly, really really bad experience during check-in

Couldn't swing a cat in the bathroom, though the shower was big enough. Room reasonable size. No A/C. B'fast was good, as was the location. Love how Europeans can create a hotel but they need to think rooms through before start re-modeling at times. If climate change continues hotels are going to have to do something about adding a/c.

Location and historic building. Onsite parking was advertised but not available.

A little too warm this time of year without an Air Con. they provided a fan but when we return I would definitley get a room with an AC.

Loved the view from our window, loved the location close to the lake, the bed was very comfortable and there wasn't a lot of noise at night, so we slept very well. Also appreciated that the room had a small refrigerator. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful and a very nice place to sit and relax. The bathroom was tiny and having the sink in another part of the room was a bit inconvenient. For one night, however, it was not a problem.

Floors creek with each step , need some extra floor insulation for such a historic building .

We staying in a renovated room which was spacious, comfortable and had a modern bathroom. The hotel is charming. Staff very helpful and breakfast was worth the cost. Nothing

Great location, comfortable and clean room. Very helpful and friendly staff No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Central location ment that the street outside was busy and noisy at night.

Misleading presentation during booking,breakfast showing as included,but at arrival we were told pay extra for breakfast 27 euro per person. Mold in bathroom,shower cabin leaking all over the bathroom floor.

This was a very nice, historic hotel. It was very charming, and we could see the lake from our balcony. It was very convenient to the bus, right outside the door. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

There were not many facilities. I booked this stay for my mother for the weekend of my graduation. Unfortunately the staff were quite rude. I speak french but my mother does not and she did not have a pleasant interaction. The staff were very dismissive to say the least and put no effort to understand her questions or requests while they were not really the smiliest of faces when I spoke french to them either, the reaction my mother got while speaking english was truly unprofessional.

The room was a bit cold and it could have used a little more decoration in the room to make it less white and sterile.

arrived to find the check in lady in a bad mood, complaining about her work. drove 8 hours and chose hotel for location and parking; on arrival, I'm told no parking available (actually, my daughter is told) On website, I chose hotel for parking criteria. then she tells me I can have a parking but have to pay extra. This was not mentioned at any time during reservation process... Next elevator gets stuck before afore mentioned lady tells me there's another elevator room had terrible sound proofing, single panel windows. room clean and bed ok.

Very close to Montreux Noel, right next to a bus stop, and close to a variety of restaurants and shops. Plus points is the balcony where you can enjoy the city view. None

Close to bus transportation and the waterfront, clean Bathroom is super small

Location was very close to the lake and to the public transportation The hotel staff wasn’t very aware of the activities to do around town and what’s available for us if we wanted to grab lunch or breakfast on Christmas Day they were not very helpful with a lot of information

Hotel and room need renovation, parking was complicated
