Right in front of lake - nice views One restaurant staff was rude… making me wait over 35 minutes after seating to come over to take my meal over even though he looked at me and completely ignored - luck will have it, same waiter for lunch AND dinner. My room with a large price tag seemed like an IKEA showroom, my balcony had to small chairs and not even a free bottle of water. The attitude was the biggest turn off - too many great places around … shop somewhere. PS you can’t change your meals to your room either! 4 star - not!

Absolutely adored this small hotel. Wonderful terrace overlooking the lake with beautiful flowers and the special blue and white umbrellas. Breakfast and dinners were lovely. Staff are amazing, all of them! Nothing

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming during our stay. We especially appreciated the calm environment and the beautiful surroundings of Montreux. The only small point was that the room could have had a bit more natural light, but overall it did not affect our experience much. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again.

A true gem on Lake Geneva. The view from our terrace was absolutely breathtaking and made every moment feel special. The entire property has a relaxed, vacation-villa atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The restaurant delivered excellent food and attentive service, and our room was spotless and consistently well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, delicious, and enjoyed in a beautiful setting. With flowers blooming everywhere, birds singing, and the stunning lake views all around, this place feels like a little slice of paradise. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. The bed frame looked a little worn out.

My family had a great time in the junior suite with an amazing view of the lake. We plan to come back soon. Thank you for everything. Wish there was 24/7 front desk coverage for guest needs.

The room was great! We had a beautiful view from the balcony and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the restaurant was great. We would definitely stay here again. Our room was a little on the colder side at night

Location is fantastic. Ample parking space. Quite and beautiful. The staff is very warm and welcoming No wifi in the rooms is the biggest drawback. Had to drag my luggage to the first floor.
