Outstanding service ! It’s a steep walk up the hill …. But a gorgeous scenery too. There is a train that comes very close to hotel but infrequent trips.

Love the location. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Paolo was the best! What I didn't like has nothing to do with the hotel but it's worth writing in this review for others. The hills you will walk up will be steep. It is my recommendation that you pack your walking shoes and take public transportation to get back to the hotel.

The double room was very narrow and there was hardly any space for storage or putting things anywhere, even in the bathroom hardly any room for putting cosmetic stuff anywhere, no holders/hooks for towels.

The staff was great and the food and facilities were very good. It can be a little hike from the station especially if you are not prepared for the steep climb. For me, it wasn’t bad but it did surprise me a bit.

The location and the VFM was exceptional! Also the staff was very friendly and helpful! We would surely choose this property again if we come again in the city! Bus transportation from train station was a bit confusing; a bus serving the line did the route of the city several times before changing from 205 to 206 we wanted to arrive to the property.

Nice vibe, cute room and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast. Well place in old town, only 10 min walk from train station or lake. Right behind, by Chaudron ruelle you’ll find the path to the Chaudron Gorge and the 1000 steps path !! Not the place fault, but when you open the windows the smell of cigarette comes in very quickly.
