The breakfast was great. The breakfast room was air conditoned. The issue for me was kind of my own fault, I failed to notice that Hotel Brack has no air conditioning and it was beyond hot in Munich. We had a fan to blow hot air around and our window wide open but it was really hot. Had we not prepaid for the room, I would have left. It is an old hotel which does not have modern facilities. I was also unlucky that the train station right near by, and a reason I chose Hotel Brack, was under construction and out of service. Not the fault of Hotel Brack but definitely impacted my view of the place. We also had unlucky timing, we came during the BTS concert, which we were not attending but, as a result, all hotels in Munich were quite expensive and we paid a lot for a non-air conditioned very simple room. It was akin to a 1940s seminary dorm room. Not lavish to say the least. No air conditioning. It really was a major problem for us. Not their fault because it is an old hotel but it was a big issue for us. i wish I had read more carefully! It was intolerably hot in Munich and because we had prepaid, we had no recourse.

Room is beautiful. Location is perfect, but unluckily U bahn was under construction. Check the U bahn availability if you are to stay there. Staff is wonderful, helpful and very polite. Thanx to Eren bey, he supported a lot. Also the Turkish lady in kitchen was somkind, polite and helpful. The breakfast was strange. They tell you where to sit, you cannot choose what to eat. They bring a plate with cheese and salam. How do you know what i want to eat? Maybe i prefer more cheese and no salam. Or maybe i prefer a second salad. Strange that the Tunisian lady removes the orange juice when i order tea. That was the strangest breakfast i have ever seen in any hotel. Guys, you cannot save up on what your guests eat. Really annoying breakfast.

Nothing was good and the hotel was without ac We went and we agreed with the front desk manager to cancel due the hottest room find and he agreed. But the hotel debit me the entire charge with the lie of no-show. I didn’t get the room and they charged the fully amount. Unacceptable Unfair and lie with regard the no-show charge that was applied to my card without my permission and I send an email to booking too but no action.

Lovely family-run hotel with comfortable rooms. Good breakfast, though without variety.

Amazing breakfast and location near a metro station! Incredible staff from the front desk, servers, and management!
-
The location was amazing since it is located on the metro line and walkable to places of interest! Great local restaurants nearby! The hotel was very comfortable with wonderful staff!

The breakfast was good and tasty, but not various and not buffet.

Location is good. All the amenities worked as they should. Rooms are decent size. Very uncomfortable beds. Worst beds on our trip. The shower in our room was very oddly shaped with a half tub/half shower set up which was very difficult to get in and out of. It was almost dangerous. The shower space is very small and makes standing difficult due to the odd configuration.

I would suggest if they can have to-go cups for the coffee. The bed was not confortable, after 4 nights of usage a deep depression or hole has formed in the middle, which is significantly impacting my sleep. You can hear people walking in the corridor and opening the next door.

Very friendly staff and very clean room You are a little walk away from the Octoberfest, but far away from the marineplatz ( the main shopping street and most of the impressive architecture

Very welcoming l, friendly and well trained staff. Comfortable and very clean facilities and room. Surprise, exceeding expectations. I’ll recommend it to anybody looking for an affordable hotel accommodation in Munich and book it for myself and family next time Couldn’t think of anything

The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. Rearranged my room so I was able to check in right at noon. The night I was there it was super hot, temperatures outside were 30+ and the room had no aircon but a ceiling fan… So it was ok, even with aircon it might have been even better.

The location is great! The entrance of subway is just at the gate of the hotel. The breakfast is surprisingly nice! I didn’t expect it’s such a descent meal! Everything is good except that the temperature in the room is high and no air conditioning with only a fan.

Good location - close to public transport and not too far from the city center. Being withing jogging distance from the Isar river is a great bonus. There are a couple of restaurants and a super marked within walking distance from the hotel. The staff is always available and very helpful. My experience with the Wi-fi was not great. This was not a big problem though since it is easy to get an eSim nowadays.

Super helpful and Friendly staff. V comfortable bed and excellent location for the Frühlingsfest on Theresienwiese. There is a small lift and the breakfast was good. Our room was very quiet even though it faced the street and the en-suite was also good. Our room was big enough for us for two nights but it wasn't very spacious.
