Beautiful scenery, good hygiene, and cheerful staff

Bed's were a bit to hard.

Room was clean and spacious enough Overall a good value Location is 50/50. It is convenient as it s not too far from the station, but you are "behind" the station, meaning, you do not have a lot of things around, especially to have dinner for instance.

Clean and comfortable. Good value. I would have much rather staying on the opposite side of Nagano Station, nearer the activity I was doing In Nagano

The hotel is located near Nagano Station and is actually situated in a quieter part of the area, which was a plus point for me as I prefer peaceful neighbourhoods. There is a vending machine at the lobby where guests can enjoy a cup of coffee, and a laundry room is also available (for a fee) for guests who need to wash their clothes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Another plus point is that the TV offers YouTube access in addition to local channels. The complimentary breakfast also had a good variety of choices. If you prefer not to dine in the breakfast area, you can take the food away as they provide takeaway boxes for guests' convenience. Nil.

I liked the location and cleanliness. The breakfast staff was very nice. I think the front desk personnel were not very happy that we cannot speak Japanese.
-
Short walkable distance from the station. Easy check in/out process.

I like the breakfast and the staff help up very well in checking in None

I loved this hotel and the room I stayed in. Everything was clean, room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable (I loved firm mattresses). Breakfast had a nice selection of dishes and was surprisingly good! Hotel was also ~9-10min walk the train station.

Usual business hotel experience Walking distance to station No character , hard beds , dull area

Very convenient location, near to Nagano station. Clean and ok rooms space-wise, good breakfast. it 's a bit of a hustle that you have to wait for the elevator for a bit during "rush hours".
