Great place to stay.
-
The rooms were great. We had 6 guests and the space accommodated everyone. The location of the property was convenient for food and entertainment. The staff was nice and the room was clean.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again. However, we had very noisy upstairs neighbors. We also noticed that about half of the electrical outlets didn't work and it made getting ready harder. The pool is a wading pool and not for adult swimming. The hotel offered laundry but did not include detergent (it was available for purchasing). This is why I'm getting the hotel a rating 4/5 instead of 5/5.

Hotel was fantastic, room was clean, great size shuttle to broadway from the hotel would really recommend

Great stay
-
The hotel room was large, comfy and equipped with so many things...full kitchen, washer and dryer...I could move in and live happily.

We had a two bedroom suite with balcony that was very comfortable. The staff were really friendly. The only negative was housekeeping, for some strange reason they never showed up unless you asked reception to send them to your room. Hotel has no restaurant or bar however you can find some in 5-10 minutes walking distance. Area also felt safe.

My family and I loved our stay here we stayed in a 1bdrm with a full kitchen (I love to cook) the bed was super comfortable and it was walking distance from RCA studios we took a shuttle to and from broadway, valet parking in my opinion is worth the price they brought our luggage up when we arrived and loaded our car when we left there is a coffee shop on site from Wednesday to Sunday BUT there’s 2 coffee shops nearby I went to Wells for the lavender white chocolate mocha latte made with oat milk and the gluten free bagels Music Row was amazing and the rooftop pool is a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring we will definitely book here again and soon

Our room smelled really bad though unfortunately we could not change rooms One night I needed more towels I went down to front desk to get them and she gave me an attitude problem and took forever to get them

Hotel Staff were great. we were a party of 5 adults and 2 teenagers that arrived at 8am. So we needed to stored our luggage until check-in time which was 4pm. we went and found something to eat. When we returned to the hotel the rooms were not ready so we decided we wanted to take use of the swimming pool. the staff were very accomodating letting us back into the storage room where our suitcases were to get our swimsuits.

Convenient if you’re going to Vanderbilt University. Don’t look for any housekeeping support or contacting anyone after 5 PM. Pool is very small. OK if you’re alone but challenging if it’s crowded. Gym is outdated but hey, at least there is one.

We had a two bedroom suite wit two bathrooms. Great experience with large rooms and comfortable beds. There is a small selection of snacks and drinks available and the curteousy bus to Broadway is a plus. Great cafe around the corner for breakfast also.

Very nice hotel and great staff

It was nice having the two bedrooms and bathrooms for space. The hotel was very clean and staff was nice and helpful. However, I didn’t realize ahead of time it was going to cost me close to $250 for parking for 4 nights on top of our stay costs. There was no entertainment or restaurant at the hotel so we had to go off property to get food. They had a coffee bar that’s only open Wednesday-Sunday I think and I wasn’t impressed. I do recommend going to Sadie’s restaurant which is walking distance. The pool was nice enough but not very big and no hot tub. We did use the free shuttle service that drops and picks up at one location near the country music hall of fame part of town. In a pinch I would stay again if I couldn’t find the two bedrooms somewhere else that’s equivalent. I’m assuming the parking fee is probably at all the hotels in the area.

Great location
-
Bathroom door was coming off the hinges and the expensive parking left a bit to be desired.
-
Off the main drag but still walkable to so much! I would stay here again for sure!
-
Great apartment style rooms, make for a very comfortable stay! In room kitchen and laundry was also super convenient!!
