I’ll tell you what, this property was absolutely perfect. It was basically a luxury apartment and we’re so glad we stayed here! We parked off-site close by to save some money on parking. Most Ubers to Broadway were $6-10. Food and coffee near the hotel was BUSSIN. If I had any “complaint” it was that the pool isn’t very deep but honestly who cares. Can’t wait to come back here!

Beds were comfy but the hallway to get to your room was a maze. We would stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean and in a great location on Music row. The shuttle was a helpful amenity to get to downtown, though it often took quite a while so we opted to pay for taxi/ride shares instead. The room has a full kitchen which is nice (though it was poorly stocked and we requested more silverware but never received it). Even with a three night stay, there is no room service, so we arrived to a room without body wash that didnt get replenished and had to ask for new towels. We chose Motif specifically for the outdoor pool amenities, expecting to rely on them during a weekend where temperatures exceeded 100°F daily. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool at all during our stay due to its condition. The pool had noticeable green algae along the walls, visible clumps of floating debris, and trash floating on the surface, rendering it unhygienic and unusable. We did observe a pool maintenance crew arriving on our final morning as we were checking out, which confirmed that the facility was indeed experiencing significant maintenance issues. Because the pool was a primary factor in choosing your property for our 3 night stay, and given the extreme heat, the inability to use this amenity significantly impacted the value and quality of our stay.

Suites are very spacious and have everything you need in them. They have full kitchen with washer and driers. Front desk staff and maintenance were very friendly and helpful. Very well located. The only thing was there fridges were empty with drinks and there ice cream freezer was filled but no traditional flavors. Otherwise stay was great! Pool area is awesome.

Very nice rooms, staff were very nice and helpful. Loved the free shuttle to broadway. Pool is so nice to cool off and night you can look at the stairs.

I went for my birthday, the staff was super helpful with early check in and valet was very nice and assisted with baggage. Only thing was that the pool was dirty if you plan to hang out at the pool ask the staff about the pool.

Rooms were not refreshed or fully serviced prior to our arrival and no conditioner or coffees were provided

Lobby could use a nice happy hour and music nightly.

The tv was difficult to connect to. There were ants in the bed. We tried to call the front desk only to see the phone wasn’t even connected. The baseboards were dirty and there was a dirty rug underneath the bed. The sink was clogged and draining slow and no room service came in to service the room. Staff were pretty nice but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Honestly, everything was just inconvenient.

Very clean! Staff was amazing! No free parking anywhere. Had to pay for valet every night.
