I think it’s time to put a bullet in staying here. It was cute the first time and location in 12 south is good but the hotel has become rapidly run down: dirty carpets, clueless staff, weird layout..I think it’s ok for the price but don’t go in there expecting any luxury.

Wonderful experience, the area is nice and the staff was welcoming and polite. We will be back!

The hotel is in a good location. Having to pay $40 a night for parking is not good.
-
This was easily the cleanest room I have stayed in, so modernized, soft closing cabinets all throughout?! Like what! This is Luxury with a budget! Beautiful rooms, beautiful property and great location!

Clean room. Quiet room. Great location. Very friendly staff.

The property was beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful, professional and so nice.

The only issue was the parking. Even being a guest, the overnight parking is $40 a night. Luckily, we were able to find roadside parking outside the 2 nights we were there.

The location can’t be beat… and we appreciate the different room types available depending on our stay. Recently, they updated their parking and I would say that’s our only complaint. The app says it should use a license plate validator to go out, but either it doesn’t work or is limited by not having a front license plate on our rental… that required us to scan a unique QR code on our way out each time… internet service is terrible in the garage so it would take forever to load and there wasn’t a way to add the code to your Apple Wallet. After a couple of frustrating and slow exits, I finally screenshot my QR code and would need my screen on full brightness to exit. It seems like a small thing, but honestly — made our stay more frustrating than previous visits. We were able to have a 4th (top level) room this time and I appreciated that as our last visit had a lot of noise from our overhead neighbors.

The place is very welcoming and it is in a prime location. Always clean and the courtyard and rooftop terrace are wonderful hang out spots. This is our second time staying and already have a reservation for October.

We love the underground parking, the spaciousness of the rooms, and the location to Belmont University. We have stayed there in the past, but this time it was a busy move in weekend for Belmont and it felt like the hotel maybe wasn’t prepared. I went down for coffee at 7:30 am and they didn’t have any left and it was a long wait for more. Also, since there is only one elevator it takes a very long time every time you need to use it. Finally, while the rooms are beautiful, there was only one USB port in the room. And I don’t really need an espresso machine. A coffee pot would be great esp if you will run out in the lobby without a back up ready to go.

-
The perfect place to stay when visiting Nashville for the first time!
-
Very poor wifi, communication not great with the front desk prior to check in.

New and modern boutique hotel in the 12 South neighborhood that's only 10-15 mins to the heart of downtown. Quiet, very clean, comfortable and everything you may need already in the room/suite. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The courtyard and Skyline Terrace are lovely outdoor settings for gathering, live music, or relaxing. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. There's a parking garage at the hotel if you need it. Just steps away from dining, coffee shops, artist vendors and shopping.
